Informal Resolution

Binding Arbitration
If informal resolution fails, any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association rules. Arbitration will be conducted in New York, NY.
Class Action Waiver
